A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your
total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported
fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you
must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its
reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce
on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or
a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for
your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise
if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with
your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the
necessary fields, then mail or fax the form to the address above.
By clicking the order confirmation button for your purchase you agree
to all of the terms on this page.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise
is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your
package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be
made within 3 days of receipt of order, and there are no returns after 30 days.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. In the instance of a return that had
free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return, in addition
to our restocking fee. Any bonus items must be returned as well, unused. Should you choose to keep these bonus items, we will deduct the price from your return.
It is rare, however any defects or technical problems with the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Please call their troubleshooting help line at 800-321-Easy. We do not handle this aspect of the product. Their help line will assist you and they will replace any defective units. Please do not return it to us, as it will be sent back to you with the above instructions.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, returned products must be
in absolutely new and unused condition for refund; cellophane and orignal packaging
intact and unopened. Clearblue and Ovacue Monitors are not returnable. Temperature sensitve items such as ovulation and pregnancy
tests are not returnable, either. We can not accept a return for any product that has
been opened. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns that do
not fit our standard policy are subject to a 20% restocking charge. We will
also deduct for the shipping fees involved in shipping the item to you, even
if there was a free shipping offer.
In the event a package comes to you damaged, the item you ordered will be replaced with a new identical item. Refunds will not be given.
Returns will not be accepted at our PO Box, and must receive a return
authorization number before being sent back to us. Returns made without such
authorization will be returned at your own expense. Your Return Authorization
number must be placed on the outside of the package, or your package will be
refused.We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. Please be sure to ship your package using a trackable means of shipping.
We do our best to keep our pricing as low as possible, however we can
not make any price adjustments after 7 days from your date of purchase.
Please note that any orders canceled after being processed by our bank will
be subject to a 2.5% surcharge. Any promotions such as free pregnancy tests
must be returned with your order, or the value will be deducted at time of crediting.
Holidays We Are Closed:
New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July,
Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Years
Eve.

Credit Card Fraud
To prevent against high credit card fraud, it is our policy that orders over
$150 must be shipped to the address listed with your credit card company. We
can not ship these orders to addresses other than this. We regret this policy,
however it does help everyone prevent fraudulent credit card use.
While we do appreciate there are special circumstances, these policies allow
us to offer you the lowest pricing possible. If you are unsure if a product
will be right for you, please do call us at 888-403-0060, and we will assist
you in making sure that you are purchasing something that WILL work well for
you!
Shipping Information
Shipping charges are either by US Mail or UPS. We add no handling fees to this. We do not proivde tracking numbers for orders shipped via first class mail. You can see your shipping options and pricing just after you enter your address information in our cart (this step is before you actually enter your payment information).
While we make every effort to ship discreetly through Generic UPS and FedEX
labels, some manufacturers have product ID labels that indicate contents of
the inner package. If privacy is of utmost concern, please becareful of where
you are shipping these items to.
Orders recieved before 2:00 PM eastern, Monday through Friday, are
typically shipped out the same day (except as noted below). There maybe times
where we can not get an order out the same business day and reserve the right
to ship the order out withn 48 business day hours. Please also be aware that
there are times when UPS experiences delays, and we advise that you leave a
day cushion in filling your needs.
Orders over $150.00 will ONLY be shipped to that of the billing address on
the credit card used.
Please make sure to enter your exact address, as any address changes made by
UPS for incomplete or wrong information will be charged back to your credit
card for $10.00. Our warehouse is located in Northern New Jersey.
Remember that UPS does not include or count Saturday or Sunday, federal holidays
or Eves of Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) in estimating delivery
dates. Our offices are closed and orders will not be shipped on any Federal
Holiday.Should you need Saturday delivery, please contact us.
In the event of non-delivery of a U.S.order shipped via first class mail, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 10 business days of order placement.
International Orders While we ship within two business days, we can not guarantee the length of time before a purchase is physically delivered. International packages must go through customs, which can slow down delivery time.
In the event of non-delivery of an international order, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 30 days. Please keep in mind that it is not uncommon for an international package to take up to 21 days to arrive from the US even when using Priority Mail.
The customer is responsible for any duties, charges or taxes issued by the receiving contry customs policies. |
